There was a big accident in the mountainous area of Mumbai on Tuesday morning. A four-storey building fell on the ground here. About 40 to 50 people are feared to be buried in the debris of the building, whereas more than half a dozen people have lost their lives. However earlier a minister had spoken of the death of 12 people. However, local police, fire engines and NDRF teams are engaged in rescue operations. The challenge of NDRF will increase with the rise of darkness, the relief and rescue work is in progress as well as evacuation of people from the debris of the destroyed building in the hill area. Rescue teams and NDRF teams have been facing difficulty in reaching the spot due to their narrow streets. But with the darkness for NDRF, another challenge is coming. To deal with the darkness, NDRF will have to make lights so that the rescue and relief work can be handled properly.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his sorrow over the Mumbai Building Incident. Prime Minister Modi said that the building incident in Dongri was unfortunate.
